New York Fashion Week
We’re always undecided about whether or not to attend the shows at New York fashion week. The waiting time before the actual runway show always feels so much longer than the actual presentation itself. Couple that with the long lines for check-in, mass confusion over seats and the hoards of people packed into the venues, and it often feels more like a chore than a chance to preview the new spring designs. But chalk it up to the organizers of fall fashion week (or even the designers themselves), because this year, we actually had a great time. While there was nothing particularly jaw-dropping, we saw some of the most cohesive and wearable collections we’ve seen in a while. Here are some of our highlights:
